Glad to be home. Being able to sleep on my own bed is a blessing.
However, I don't understand why I can't sleep for more than 6 hours during these days. It's a long holiday and of course I don't set alarms to wake my self up. Every night I'll sleep around mid night but recently the maximum sleeping period for me is only 6 hours. I'll just wake up early in the morning around 6~7am and I can't put my self to sleep again.
What's wrong?

Happy New Year 2011. Another night with about 5 hours+ of sleep. I slept about 2am and woke up at 7am+ without reasons. The sleep was awful with a crappy dream. @_@..
What a start of year 2011....

Sleepless Nights
